Free shipping by Royal Mail 2nd Class packet service is included in all prices. Delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.
Upgrades to 1st Class and/or Signed-For services are available at additional cost.
Please note that we will not offer any compensation for packets lost or stolen in transit. All we can do is provide you with the proof of postage certificate and a copy of the invoice so that you may make a claim against Royal Mail.
Royal Mail compensation is limited to £30 value per packet and may not be claimed until the consignment is undelivered after 30 days.
You are therefore strongly advised to upgrade to the "Signed-For" delivery option.
